Ambient Temperature (18-20°C) - 2 days
Chiller – 3 days
Freezer – 1 month

Serving Instructions

Keep in cake chiller with temperature at 2-4°C, or 20°C ambient temperature.
To reheat from freezer: bake at 160°C from frozen for 10 minutes
To reheat from chiller: bake at 160°C for 5 minutes
